You did good, too. I got $28k off (not a p30) That was early this spring. The best FJM Newport offered me back then was $18k off.

I think Greg should explain but the difference I think is Cali sales tax. Out the door at 71.5K back of MSRP plus tax is about $35K. One kick a$$ deal.

ps. check the build date. It might be time to do the one year oil change. MBUSA suggested that I do mine (almost a year on the lot)

You are exactly right. Tax is about 9% here and registration was 900+$. It was close to 35K off. I thought it was a good deal.

Funny you mention the build date thing. The car was on the lot for 200+ days and the car is telling me service A is due. Anyway to reset that?

You might want to change the break-in oil since these cars have been sitting for almost a year. Check the build date on the inside door plate. I called MBUSA and they told me to ask the dealer to do it.

They did it no charge and reset, etc.. Ask FJM to do it. Then you're good to go like a just built new car.
