I don't get this...
I was in Orlando in the E55 and in front of the hotel I was staying was a dark green CLS with this odd modification...sorry crappy BB pics...



It was a CLS500...but it had the "CLS" on one end of the rear trunk lid and "500" on the other side. He also had CLS badging on the side with a weird flame decal after it...



Oh well...to each his own...

There are much better hood treatments one could do than that simple scoop. Two NACA ducts could have been much sleaker and not spoil the cars lines....

I agree...this looked a bit tacked on...The M3 hoods with the vents comes to mind where the look isn't all that disagreeable.

Just noticed the crowd difference in both the s-class threads and ours. I'm on the same page as you guys. That is a tacky mod. I posted a similar tacky mod in the s-class thread and got blasted for it!
