Any interest in you AMG folks meeting at the Lynnwood Taco Time 196th and 44th on Friday 21 Aug around 1700?

They have a mini car show in the parking lot, usually about 50-100 cars show up when it's sunny. The Mustang club and SVT owners need some competition with AMG's in force ;-)

I'll post them tomorrow, I have a meeting tonight and it will run late (don't have the camera at work today). I think you are safe on time for it runs till 1900 most days. Some pretty interesting local talent shows up for this.

See you there ;-)

Since I missed this gathering hopefully some of you will come out to a gathering with a good cause over at CarNutz Customz in Bellevue.

Charity Food Drive and Car Gathering sponsored by CarNutz Customz and the US Army

Sunday, September 27th hosted @ CarNutz Customz (13730 NE 20th Street Bellevue, WA 98005)

10-12PM, Vehicle Load-In and Setup
12-3PM, Open to Public for Food Drive

CarNutz Customz has teamed up with the US Army to sponsor a food drive in support of Hopelink (www.hope-link.org). Hopelink food banks depend on food donations from individuals and groups to serve more than 1,500 families each week. These are the items currently most needed year-round at Hopelink's foodbanks:

-Canned fruit
-Canned vegetables
-Canned meat (tuna, chicken, etc)
-Macaroni & Cheese
-Oatmeal

Individuals interested in displaying their special vehicles at the event can make arrangements with CarNutz Customz in advance. We encourage all car enthusiasts with any make and model to come out and show their support. Please bring a food item donation in support of Homelink's efforts to help those in need within our local community.

I might stop in and check it out give my support. Gonna hold for a tune until I get a pulley. Really appreciate someone heading up here and supporting us with tunes.

Not a fan of that dyno.... not enough air in the shop.

My buddies modded z06 made 40hp less on it than a mustang dyno. His IS-F maded the same hp a year later after and upgrade with a K&N and new exhaust with no cats and high flow mufflers.

My car was also about 50hp low compared to other numbers I have seen.

It will be interesting to see how you guys do on it.

Cool. Feel free to swing on by.

I've had a lot of success with the folks at CarbConn, as have most of the BMW guys. Last dyno-day they had a couple large fans (one blower-style down low and one big metal stand-fan up high) in front of the rollers. The also have the option to open the garage door in front if necessary.

My bone stock E60 M5 put down 427RWHP and 320RWTQ (CF: SAE) during the last event. All numbers were very consistent and inline with expectations given the mods.
