Passenger side dynamic seat - never automatically turns on?
Is there any way to have the passenger side dynamic seat (side bolsters) automatically activate, like either always stay on or activate w/ the passenger airbag?
I am constantly having to reach over and press the 'dynamic' button for passengers anytime they get in the car. It also won't turn on if there's no one in the seat. The driver's side automatically turns on every time, and both sides are configured to Level 2 in the car settings.
It's a pain to have to reach over and press "DYNAMIC" every time, and they don't get the awesome dynamic seat action if I forget. Does everyone else have to do this? Or is my car just acting up?

You can set the intensity of the dynamic seat in the driver information center. I never noticed though if it actually turns on the function automatically or not though.

Same here, my thinking was that it turns itself off as most of the time you wouldnt have a passanger and it would be unnecessary wear on the pumps to work all the time. Would be nice to be automatically actived when it senses there is someone in the seat tho..

Sorry to dig up the old thread... I was wondering the same thing.... It would make sense if the seat could recognize if there was a passenger and reactivate the Dynamic Seat. Having to activate it manually is a good way to keep it from running when no one is on the seat, but it's silly to have to press the button everytime. Has anyone found a work around?

Sit in the passenger seat, set the desired seat settings, turn on the Dynamic setting and then resave the seat settings on the door switch.
Also ensure the dynamic mode is activated in the drivers menu.
This worked for me
