what is wrong with it? Only thing i can see is the mileage is a bit high, but maybe i am biased since my 04 only has 35K miles.

Your worst nightmare...
I could get you an 06 with 58K miles, loaded, black on black for 31.5K...it is in excellent condition. Send me a PM if interested.

I don't know why, but to me that particular car kind of looks tired. Just doesn't show too crisp and gleaming IMO. Maybe it's the lighting?

The paint's fine, I think you're getting thrown because the headlights are getting foggy. I noticed the same thing.

That usually means the car is high mileage and/or sat in the sun a lot.

True, I actually forgot to use the keyword I was trying to get across in that posting, "sun-drenched".

The lights, and mirror blinkers are fogged up, which mean it must have gotten major sun, considering an '06 is still a relatively new car.

I dunno, I'm curious about that paint, doesn't seem to have that "jet" look to it. W211's (okay any car) really "sharpen" up when kept clean, as the subtle lines become bolder, I don't see that here.

Anyway, I'm probably just being picky, or seeing it oddly.

Price seems fair- a bit on the high side, but fair.

Bought my '05 a few months ago with 61K miles and no panoramic sunroof with one private owner for 27K.
This doesn't seem like a great deal, but not a bad one either. If you buy it, get a warranty. Auction, is it a lease vehicle?

I was thinking the samething!!! . The paint doesn't appear to be shinning at all! There's something about that car I would stay away from. I don't know.

I think its the lighting. Generaly the car looks pretty good and the price is very fair. Just buy a Exted warranty will be fine. Its 06, still very new.

+1..what do you guys expect? the car hasn't even been detailed. Light plays a bit role..specially with black cars.
