is this really the list of who's going? two people all the way from az make up 33% of the amg attendees and only 1 from socal? where's the rest of cali crowd??? F-N WEAK!!!!!

had an injector give out on me today so i'm back to tentative instead of confirmed. it's likely my own fault as i ran the tank empty on accident and i'm sure the fuel system picked up some sediment that got past the filter and made it's way to injector #7.

Update: Fire at the shop exposed hidden damage to engine. Getting brand new motor including block with bigger bore and even better, stronger pistons and even new stronger rods. Car will be done by Sept 20th with the help of best AMG engine builder in the country. Low 10s are almost a certainty now.

Update: Fire at the shop exposed hidden damage to engine. Getting brand new motor including block with bigger bore and even better, stronger pistons and even new stronger rods. Car will be done by Sept 20th with the help of best AMG engine builder in the country. Low 10s are almost a certainty now.

. At least now the block and rods will match all the other strenghtened components. Plus it's a bigger bore like Havoc's but without sleeves. The pistons and rods are already made to match the over-bore.
