4 wheeled car.
Thanks DCT Motorsports!! Sick W211 AMG steering wheel!
No pics yet because it's in a box, and I'm lazy, but Monday I received my DCT Motorsports steering wheel! I got it in full leather, with perforated leather on the sides, flat DTM style bottom and it is soooooo much better than the OEM one.
For those of you who wondered if it is thicker, IT IS! I was VERY pleased to see that the 9-3 hand positions grips are thick and very ergonomic! I've had a Brabus steering wheel in my W210 55 in the past and it was amazing, but a bit too thick and my hands would hurt on long drives. This one is definitely thicker, but I can see that I won't have the same issue.
The 10-2 position has those large bolsters and feels really nice and thick, but I would recommend sticking to a 9-3 position.
The top and bottom part of the steering wheels are cushy and sturdy at the same time and thicker than OEM as well.
The one thing that I absolutely LOVE is the leather quality. It totally craps on the OEM one. I cannot wait to get my car back and slap it on. I remember what a new steering wheel did for my car in the past and this is gonna make it a better ride!!
Thanks again Ivan for making it happen!

lol I don't know why Fred is posting his pics here and his non DCT steering wheel, but that's ok! I like the Suede on the lower portion of the dash and and on the center console, I'm gonna have to do that too!

thanks man. i sit in front of the computer for about three hours, and about 7 weeks later, that shows up. imagine walking into a car dealership and asking to build something with 1850 TQ???
unfortunately, sales in this fabulous economy isnt leaving me any mod money, so no new wheels for me. you need to get them on a C55 though..
