Platinum Blue Metallic E55 Wagon

What is everyone's favorite thing about the wagon? It is silly, but I think it is neat in cold weather the way the back window fogs up from the exhaust for a moment when you stomp on the gas. I assume that doesn't happen in the sedan. That and the way the wagons don't even get a glance from the police.

to now proactively and sheepishly asking "is ok for me to drive the car". This weekend we were playing with a Boxster S at speeds that literally made her cover her mouth in horror but I actually consider that a step in the right direction - last week she would have been screaming blood murder with all sorts of profanity laced threats thrown in for good measure - this car is capable of corrupting even the most uncorruptable
. Give it time. . . and have a tape recorder ready for when she finally admits the error of her ways
.ChuckZ- once again - thanks or the info.

So far I'm enjoying the car, but there are a few kinks that need to be worked out, and I am a little skeptical that the dealership went over the car as thoroughly as the CPO info says they should have.
I'm a little annoyed that the keyless go isn't working, and the car is telling me it should be serviced in less than 4K. I'll be making a service appointment this week to get everything worked out.
Been searching on and off for an E55 or E63 Wagon, but pretty lean results.
Found one on ebay a few weeks ago, but it was a bit high for my checking account...
Not sure I am ready right now as I keep putting my money in cheap real estate in Florida for investment purpose, but kind of hoping to find a clean AMG wagon for a price I can not resist...As in a short-sale..

Love my E-500 Wagon, and the only thing that could top it would the Uber Wagon...Send me a PM if any of you guys see or hear about a smoking hot deal on one of those.
(Got to be the same color as my 500 so wifey won't notice)
Keep the pictures coming, makes my mouth water...Yum.
I'm in the market for an 07 wagon and having it CPOed isn't a requirements but I want one with a clean history and relatively low miles.
Are their any other sites that are good for looking for E63 Sedan/Wagons? I used cars.com, ebay.com and autotrader.com.

Don't know if MBUSA has a searchable inventory function on their site but you might look there in addition to the ones you note above.....

......a quick look at autotrader shows 46 sedans:
Asking prices
Highest Price: $65,500
Lowest Price: $47,800
Average Price: $55,647
Based on the above and given it is a super rare wagon, I'm thinking they're not far off....
That E63 wagon has been at the dealer for three weeks now. I'm still betting $55K takes it home. But there is a chance someone will offer closer to 60K at which point the dealer will let it go. I would chase the wagon in Chicago - perhaps you can strike a deal on paper and save a few thousand on registration. Good luck.
