Pretty good, for sure.
I think this is MB_Forever's video (E63 - but still) @ 3.9x

Definitely achievable!

Fuel economy?
10-11 in the city, 18-20 on the hwy. Premium fuel only.
Most 2003 cars did not have Nav, although a few did; Presidential edition & possibly some others.
Things to look for?
At 80k+ miles, I might be wary of Drive Dynamic seats; they're expensive to repair out of warranty. The engine, transmission & drivetrain is strong in these cars; most of the expenses come from the electronic "gadgets" inside, which are all expensive to work on.

i'm new to these forums, i have a S60R at the moment may go for a e55k, currently my s60 R awd is modded to about 352 bhp cansomeone tell me what would be my chances if i bumped into an e55k, would i be able to put up a fight or get completely blown apart?
my guess with 352bhp and AWD you would get raped...

And the pretty carbon fiber trim :P
