Do you trust James@ACGSanDiego.com

Hey guys,

I have placed an order from James in 8/12/2009 for a set of EBC brake pads with sensors.

First He gave me wrong bank info for the wire information and made me loss $10 to get the money back.

Then I called him up to speed the shipping and gave him a credit card number because I need to replace
my pads A.S.A.P and he used the card while I was with him on the phone and told me he got his $280.

Now it's over 3 weeks and I have not recieved any tracking number or a responed from James.

I have emailed him many times but no responed.

Does anybody know him? is he ok?

What do you guys think I should do? forget my $280

and order my pads from some one else?

Hazim

Sorry to hear about your problems. I am not sure that you should forget about your $280, he is been posting for a while now and I had never heard anything bad about this vendor. 3 weeks in unacceptable, but there must be going something really wrong if he can't even respond. Did you try to pm him, may be their server got problems. Probably So Cal peeps will chime in with more info.

After all, he lives in Saudi Arabia, so it might be kind of expensive for Hazim just to call to San Diego and ask where is his item at? Just saying.

True, why should I call him. I have sent enough emails.

BTW, the day I called to give him the card number he told me that he's Gfriend is GOING NOW to send it, and I should have the tracking # the same day. (that was about 3 weeks a go)

oops. Missed that part. Aside from the cost, it may be hard to link schedules to make such a call.

I never emailed James, I just called. Maybe try pm'ing him? I conceed that things have not been handled so well up to now, but I suspect there's an explanation, and will reiterate my 'trust' rating

Hazim,

I'm sorry but I did not see an email from you.

However like you stated, it was my error with giving you the inproper wiring information that did put a delay into your order. However the day that they we're paid for they we're shipped.

Your order was send via USPS priority mail on 9/10/2009.

Your customs number is CP121809388US
Bill# is 1000201508347

Please PM or email me again if you have any other questions or concerns.
