Custom Suspension parts with pics....
Well after however long it has been, we are finally able to start getting parts for the W211. The first custom part came out much better than I had hoped, so now my expectations are a bit raised.
The first parts are rear toe links. As the pictures show, they are BEEFY and adjustable. Sun and I will be sporting the new parts as we get them.
I know most here may think that swapping out arms is a futile attempt on these cars but I still thought I'd share.
Rear Camber arms are net, followed by a one piece billet front A arm!

Just to be clear, these were specifically made for us. They are not something we found for the W211. So, we have given a great deal of input on what we want. I have waited so long for suspesion parts that I am thrilled to finally have a chance to try something out.
Sun and I have a date for a road course sometime this year. Maybe Button Willow....

Don't give those guys the time of day man. I applaud you for not being afraid to blaze trails and bring our cars to new levels. Thinking like this is what makes this a great community to be a part of

They will be distributed in SoCal by a few shops, but none are sponsors here so I will refrain from advertising.

Whatever we're tuning!
Awesome work Jangy and Sun!
I am sure they will make a tremendous difference once dialed in.
PM me pricing. I am sure with the amount of E55's that I build there will be some people VERY INTERESTED!!

Differences:
-Stiffness. I have added power and traction. as we all know, that leads to toe spread and the dreaded wobble. This takes that away.
- Replace bushings with SLICK joints. NO PLAY!!
-Ability to adjust Toe angle.
These are just the tops..
The current product is simply the easiest to do and has the widest market. RT already offers one with different design, so the benefits are known. I am more excited about the parts to come....

No need for PMs. I don't want anyone to feel left out!! Again, these will be distributed in the near future and when that happens, whatever deals they offer is it.
What I can tell everyone is that the "custom" price is $750. The pictures are of a prototype that I will use and abuse and give feedback on. Then, the next revision will be made. The guy does it that way. I didn't demand it, but that is what you call custom!
The camber arms are next (rear). I dunno what the product availibility will be. It depends on how well they hold up to mu thrashings

All the parts are for the car and will not compromise ride quality beyond the obvious (which I will love).

Alrighty folks, the toe links are delivered (to HMS) and ready for testing on the car. I can't wait. i had more development pictures but have been asked NOT to post them since we ran into some issues with the Strut tower braces. I will post some pictures as we install. Anyone wanting proof (VIC and his myMB entourage) feel free to email me and I can send you pics. I can't do that to just anyone yet .
BTW, keep Sun away from my parts!!
