Here's a quick iPhone video of the monster smokin' up the streets: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTttFKHOyTs

There was no time to take the car to a dyno as the client was going drag racing later that evening. We will have the numbers soon.

Nice work Bruce cannot wait for you to work on my E55!!! 82mm Tb looks huge compared to stock and even my 80mm ( which is actually a 78mm opening ) Decisions decisions should I use the brand new 80mm MB AMG part or one of these new 82mm ones. Wonder how much more hp the 82mm would produce? Anyone wonder to chime in??? Great job Bruce!!!

From what I've seen posted the 82mm TB is good for ~20whp over the "80"mm TB. You are in good hands with Bruce

Nice post and pictures. Is that an Audi 82mm TB with harness adaptor? The MB 82mm that I have seen had the PCV connection on it. Just like the stock.

Did you have to add a PCV tank to hook the hose back up to?

Thanks Brook(sp)! It is actually a 997 GT3 TB and there is a port on the TB housing that we connect the original y to that goes to the valve cover on each side.

Great eye!

I know how you feel about the new logo. Actually we are running a smaller pulley than we are using on your set up slick so step up and lets get that BIG BOY on your E kid! Then I will let you run with the big boys!

As long as it is done before MIR on Dec 5th or, better yet, I will give up one of my spots on the Oct 23rd at Atco if we get the TB/Thermalnators done before then!

And I might even pay for YOUR car to run AMGBEAST!

Believe it or not Alan this car is in just the beginning of a complete build. The car is a FREAK for the few mods that we've done so far.

I really wanted to get it to the dyno before the client picked it up but ran out of time and he's a street racer so he had some stuff lined up.

There is so much more that needs to be done so don't worry just yet bro. I still can't fathom a 131 trap.......

Below 11.5 will be no problem even now but when the DA gets good......the car is a FREAK! but we'll see how low. We still only have a 168mm on it for now.
