Lightbulb Product Development|Rear Camber Kit

Greetings and salutations...

I've been around the forum for a while now but just recently became a sponsor. This discussion was started in another thread, and I said I would be willing to assist in making this part happen. So, if there are 10 individuals that would like to start on this endeavor we can start the process.

The initial buy-in will be $25.00. This will be used to purchase a factory rear arm and begin working with the machinist. From there, I can give a more accurate amount of what it will take to complete. If we decide to move forward, that money will be credited to the overall purchase and if we don't the funds will be returned. The money will be held in a PayPal account, which I feel is the best way to protect both of our assets.

I understand the concern but if there is no movement in two weeks, I would say something. I spend too much time on here to catch a bad rep over $250 or any amount for that matter. I hate for people to try and treat my money like its their's and I wouldn't do the same to others. Just a little something I picked up from my father.

This is to develop an adjustable rear camber arm to give lowered vehicle the ability to be aligned within factory specs or as some may call it, Rear Tire Savers (technical term).

The most I have been able to come up with for the front are custom bolts and washers.

Just an update, I ordered an arm from the dealership today and it will be here by early next week. Once its here, I'll take some pictures and measurments and come up with a plan of action.

No worries Mikey, the ***** already rolling!!!

I also have a couple of ideas, but I need to see how deep this kink is first. The factory arm should be here tomorrow.

I did get the part today and even got a chance to go by the parts supplier to talk about options. They are very knowledgable and build parts Sprint and Cup cars. I believe we've come up with a workable and cost effective solution, the next part is sketching up some designs and getting into the machinst.

Arrow Update

Meet with the machinist today and dropped off the arm. We will be working on a design and hope to have something to report by the middle of next week.

So I met with the machinst today and he gave me the idea he came up with. I told him I would see what people thought, because it would take modifying the factory arms for these to work. Back to the drawing board...

The last picture is not to scale...

Need a little help...

If there is someone that can take some measurments between the camber arm and rear spring it would be most helpful!
