Hey guys! Thanks for the advice! Here's what I got for you guys so far:
Oh, and remember I have to drive the POS when I'm not in my car.

Porsche: This is what she really wanted to get, but there is too much money over the turbo vs. the NT and its hard to play so much more for the turbos. Plus I think the interior is a little weak as far as the raiod and such goes, just like the range.
Escalde: Just dosent like, and everyone around here drives one just to pretend to be a "big baller"
SRT8: This is what I really want her to get, my dad has one, and she just dosent like jeeps for some reason. I think she had a bad experience with a jeep at some point in her life.
VW Touareg : Awesome SUV to me, she's just not into VWs, plus I believe the V10's are hard to find.
ML: Great fit and finish, ML63 are way too much money right, and she really dosnet "need" all that power. I wonder how these things would do towing a boat?
X5: She is over the X5 becasue we drove a lot of them when she bought her 4-runner. I think that Im going to push a 4.8is on her. She said she is happy that she didnt get one 3 years ago.
Range: Thinks they are a little flashy for around our parts, but she loves them. I heard they are not as reliable as some other SUVS and the closet range dealer is about 1.5 hours away. I think that the radio display is out dated like the Porsche.

Let me know guys! Im tired of listening to her decide!

If you feel the Cayenne Turbo is to much just get here a Cayenne S those can be had pretty cheap down here im not sure how the market is there , But since she doesnt like jeeps and you done like Escalades choose between the Range rover and Cayenne. BTW: The unreliable part of Range rovers in the water pump its a very common problem but you can pick up a water pump for like $380 so it wouldnt be a huge deciding factor for me.

Yeah the Cayenne's are dirt cheap here, my friend had a gold one with 40k all options non turbo, he was going to give it to me for like 18k but she hated the color. Long story short, he lost his *** on it bc he coudnt even give it away. I dont want to have to deal with that 3 years from now. What about the suspension on the range? I know the older ones were a big problem. what about the never ones?

Well my sister has only had hers for a few months and its been fine except the water pump which looks like its been leaking for a while since there was tons of dried up coolant all over the engine , I havent heard any thing suspension related and hers is a 2004 and hasnt had any suspension problems.

FWIW - I was cross shopping the Cayenne Turbo and RR Sport Supercharged. I was afraid of the RR because friends have had reliability problems. Even the dealer admitted that 04's and 05's were junk. The cars are supposed to be much better, and the motor is Jaguar's supercharged motor. Supposed to be reliable.

I drove the base RR Sport two weeks ago. The ride was awesome. Not harsh like an X5. Solid, comforting and smooth. I really like that truck. Was intrigued by the special deals for the Cayenne's last month, but ultimately, I could not justify $1,700/month $6k out of pocket vs. 1250/month $2,400 out of pocket. Even if the sticker on the Cayenne Turbo was $109k vs $76k, just could not see spending that much more. My 2 cents.

Well I'll know in a couple months how reliable it really is we have went on a couple 4-500 mile road trips with no problem so far ( knock on wood) but of course the dealership is going to tell you that 04's and 05's are junk because they havent sold them in 5 or 6 years , they want to push the new products.

I thought it was for the wife, so she wouldn't mind a little feminine look to the car!

Really confused here....you were cross shopping a 28k 4-Runner with a 78k 4.8iS?? FWIW, I think the 4.6iS/4.8iS are tremendous SUVs, still right up there with the very best as regards handling and rarity and better made than the new generation 4.8i (which i still think is a great SUV in with the sport pkg)...

Now, don't get me wrong, I'd love to get the brunette into a 2010 X5 M but going to have to wait until the buzz comes off and sell a couple of things to make that happen...

No comparison with the 4.8, at the time we were looking we were looking at used 4.4, not the brand new 4.8, a little too pricey at the time
