Even if the vendor chooses NOT to interact with the customers on these forums, the vendor may still end up being "character assasinated" or even worse especially when only the customers' sides would be posted and read by millions. Many people research companies through forums (usually) looking for past experiences, customer satisfaction, and product feedback.

I personally think it is very healthy for forum members (as a whole) to know full details of both sides of the story rather than just one, and as such, I encourage everyone to post their experience whether good or bad. In this regard, we maybe able to help others not to fall for for the same trap, or experience the same problems, that some had to suffer through.

This isnt ebay where VRUS would have a store, its just another avenue to advertise. I dont know why VRUS was banned but if he has a real business wouldnt he have a phone number, address, possible website?

I agree with these comments as well as Jon2007's, but there is a balance. Granted it is a fine balance, but it can be done. Cory from Kleemann is a good example of a vendor who manages to attain and maintain it. Just enough board/forum interaction to give useful info and educate, but not jump in on every thread or get caught up in the "drama". The ability to do this leads to far more inherent integrity and repsect for that vendor than those that can't. Renntech would be on one far end of that spectrum, and MHP would be on the opposite.

Vadim Fedorovsky...There is always a different excuse as to why he cant pay me back for a defective pulley that caused over $10,000 in damage to my E55 which happened a year ago. I am looking to put together a class action lawsuit against him.

Anyone who Vadim Fedorovsky still owes money to...PM me with details. Could be worth your time

I dunno as of recent, VRP and it's constituents, i.e Vadim from previous threads and maybe Victor at some point even have been the target of many unhappy threads...this is likely to have a toll on their involvment on the forum as well as interactions with potential new customers...maybe they can come back and put together a thread to address the issues brought up by forum members

I've completely given up on that...Everyone has a childish grudge about one or the other, it's too much work to hash thru all the **** posts to find informative ones anymore...
