It is the only "option" my car came with stock, and I've been surprised by how few AMGs I've seen with it, even those with nearly every other option from the factory.
You'd need the bumper strips, sensors, cable harnesses, some control boxes, buttons, speaker, fuses, and to cut holes in your dash and roofliner, or get new/used dash and roofliner.
I doubt STAR programming needs to be involved. One time I did a poor job of re-connecting the front sensor harness after the bumper was off, so the distance indicator just went red, but there were no other error messages in the display.

Yes Steve has Installed Keyless Go @ MBENZNL
But the cost is UNREAL the labor and getting keys for a car that did not have keyless go is yet another item

Any time one adds a item/option to a W211 One will need to version code that option Present Via SDS aka Star
