AMGSC's issue with Vadim/Powerchips...?
#102
Yes. He was on point, I was just mocking the sensitive nature of (most) members here.
On a serious note, I really don't understand this guy (AMGSC). I think emoving summed it up, no more pity posts please. If he's really dissastifised with the results and all that crap, then he should take his C55 to Hooleyboy's shop or some other spot and stop taking it back to Vadim-- he's (allegedly) so dissatisfied afterall.

Have you EVER posted maturely? Ever? did you really just tell him he's less superior to you because YOU live out of your car and he doesn't? What a complete moron. I also think that AMGSC is one of the most gullible and weak charactered people i've ever read about based on the posts and ignorance about the 'real world'. Geez- if he wants to keep getting screwed, let him. It's not like he's listening to any advice here.

After all these posts, the 360 of the OP, perhaps this thread should stop. Until a resolve anyway.
Just my .03.

This thread is just absolutly crazy, wow I am floored
Agreed on the above...AMGSC did a full 180 against Vadim and then another 180deg right back to him...absolutely amazing! After all he's been through, I just don't see the reasoning, I hear it, his reasoning makes no sense to me pure and simple...all I can say is "WOW"!!!

It's hard to comprehend, but it's sad to say that he isn't the first one and probably won't be the last. I think part of the MO is that these guys talk to Vadim, and he promises big things at a fraction of the cost of other well known tuners. In a perfect world this might work, but as everyone knows when working on Mercedes' is that problems almost always arise, combined with little cash flow and growing debt, and things don't get completed, excuses are made, etc, etc. Customer calls, Vadim gives them a sob story, says he really wants to make it right, promises to deliver, just needs time, stick with me, blah, blah, blah. Customer is already out big money, and doesn't want to send the car elsewhere, so it stays, and stays, and stays.... rinse & repeat.

Last Post before final results by Friday!
I will not post anymore until I post dyno numbers followed by drag times and speeds at Fontana this W/E.
If it does not break into 500+rwhp or into the 10's at 130mph in the 1/4 then I'm moving to back to BMW or Audi since they are easier to mod.
Except for the gear shifter coming loose which was an easy fix, the car felt twice as strong as when I dropped it off in mid-December of last year.

Also, why not test it at Famoso in 3 weeks for better results? Many cars will be there, which will allow you a very good comparison to other cars running on the same track, same day, same conditions... this will also provide you a good chance for a good analysis.

What happened to all the missing parts that you mentioned earlier?
Also, why not test it at Famoso in 3 weeks for better results? Many cars will be there, which will allow you a very good comparison to other cars running on the same track, same day, same conditions... this will also provide you a good chance for a good analysis.
