Bought an E55 - Thought I would share my excitement
Well, just about a month ago I purchased Alex (Chicago) 2003 E55. The transaction was simply awesome, great guy, great follow-through! Truly happy to take ownership of the car!
I have come from a world of a modified Audi TT, S2K, owned Bimmers, Jags, Hummers and NOTHING compares to the E55. I truly hope to become an active participant in this forum and learn from others that appreciate this car!
Thanks for all the sound advise on this forum, I have learned much through the "search function" already!

Nice pics, that was one of the cars I considered, I just didn't move fast enough to get it. I hope to join the club next week, with a purchase from another member on here. Enjoy your beast!

Also I really like the look of your 55--what body kit/aero parts did you install? The side skirts & front area really make the car look like a modern E63, which I like.

Congrats on the car, just one thing IMHO- dump the 5.5 badge on the side- it makes the car too busy.

On the 5.5 badge, car came with it, so I am hesitant to take it off, wondering if there will be residue underneath. Somedays, it looks sweet and others, I'll look at it and think it is too "busy" ...
