People always ask where I am from when they see my nickname and they usually guess Pittsburgh, which is where I have lived and worked for the past 37 years. I have spent my professional career in the coal and energy business and I am the former President and CEO of the second largest coal Company (at the time) in the US. Thus, the nickname "coalman".

mine is BNZUOVR (bends you over) self explanitory haha thought it would be a good idea to use as a screen name and now my license plate now that my car is a wee bit faster then the average street car. Might sound corny but its awesome to have some one see it on my plates and get a good chuckle out of it haha. Agreed. Truly a great thread.

The obvious read here is that I am associated with the authorities in some way but I am not.

The Law is a nickname I was given in college after properly handling the ladies. The joke with my roommate and I was that "they couldn't run from the law." Anyway, seems cheesy now but the nickname has stuck. I also use it as my CB Handle as well.

Esh

Esh is a nickname (derived from 3 letters of my last name) that I was given back in high school.

Looking back, I probably would have gone with "Spinach" as my handle. Interesting story behind that one. Had a Popeye shirt with a big can of spinach on the back that I wore when I played recess football with the older kids back in elementary school. Scored a few TD's and the QB started yelling "spinach" (probably because he didn't know my name yet) as I was running to let me know the ball was heading my way. The nickname stuck, although to this day I'm not much of a spinach (the vegetable) fan.
