What does your screen name mean?

Man I feel like I should change mine now! hah, but mine so straight forward, I have no sneakiness. The first car I owned that got me on forums is my '99 WS6, I call her the "dirtybird". Funny thing is on LS1tech 99dirtybirdWS6 was taken so I I'm 99pewterdirtybird. I love that WS6 and will never get rid of her, same thing with the E55 and my S10 (this is more sentimental it was giving to my by my Grandpa before he passed). Besides it was my first car and there were a lot of first car experiences in her...

People always ask where I am from when they see my nickname and they usually guess Pittsburgh, which is where I have lived and worked for the past 37 years. I have spent my professional career in the coal and energy business and I am the former President and CEO of the second largest coal Company (at the time) in the US. Thus, the nickname "coalman".

mine is BNZUOVR (bends you over) self explanitory haha thought it would be a good idea to use as a screen name and now my license plate now that my car is a wee bit faster then the average street car. Might sound corny but its awesome to have some one see it on my plates and get a good chuckle out of it haha. By the way cool tread its accually cool to see everybodys personality threw a user name that we really don't realize.

In my early-to-mid twenties (I am now 38), I used to manage a band called Mile Post Nine. My name is Nathan, so for forums and old email addresses (before the days of owning domain names) I always went by milepostnate.

When I purchased my E500, I joined this board to ask 1 question about my 7 speed transmission, and Benz-O-Rama was the first thing that popped into my head. I now own 4 MBs and also own over 4K posts on here. It appears, the name is fitting.

I was intending on purchasing a 7-Series, ran across this forum and found Alex's from Chicago E55, had to become a member to PM him and brilliantly came up with... 007Benz. I'll be the first to say it really is dumb ![Wink](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
I PM'd him, bought the car, said no to the 7-Series and the rest is history!!! Love my E55!

For as long as I can remember, I've been always fascinated by anything Mercedes-Benz.... but apparently, my love started even earlier. My parents used to tell me that even when I was less than a year old, the only thing that would make me stop crying (and sometimes start giggling) was the Mercedes-Benz emblem
As a result, I grew up loving Mercedes vehicles, so I tried creating a usernameo expressing the statement: MercedesBenz_Forever, but the username was too long for this forum's use, so I shortened to MB_Forever

2005 Crossfire SRT6
Great Thread
Cruzinquick is a two part nick name. Cruz is for my favorite Top Fuel Funny Car driver Cruz Pedregon. Quick is for my reaction times at the track, although I've been sleeping at the light lately, LOL. So putting them together I came up with the oxymoron Cruzinquick.

I bought an 04 SRT, AT the time most of the of the SRT guys were crazy about not calling it a neon so I thought it would be funny to make my sceen name sneakyneon just to funny. Well I still had it when I joined this board before I bought a E55.

I watched him roll end over end at least 10 times in his pro stock car, only to get out of his car and strip off his fire jacket to cover up his custom sheet metal intake. Now thats OUTSTANDING competitive driving

Agreed. Truly a great thread.
The obvious read here is that I am associated with the authorities in some way but I am not.
The Law is a nickname I was given in college after properly handling the ladies. The joke with my roommate and I was that "they couldn't run from the law." Anyway, seems cheesy now but the nickname has stuck. I also use it as my CB Handle as well.

Esh is a nickname (derived from 3 letters of my last name) that I was given back in high school.
Looking back, I probably would have gone with "Spinach" as my handle. Interesting story behind that one. Had a Popeye shirt with a big can of spinach on the back that I wore when I played recess football with the older kids back in elementary school. Scored a few TD's and the QB started yelling "spinach" (probably because he didn't know my name yet) as I was running to let me know the ball was heading my way. The nickname stuck, although to this day I'm not much of a spinach (the vegetable) fan.
