Need quick response on E63 price/lease rate
My friend has decided to get an 09 E63 after his 06 M5 lease ended. People on this board have been getting them at 30k under MSRP brand new so what lease amount would he be looking at per month? He's looking to keep it under $1,200/month which I would've thought is possible at this time and with the newly released 2010 having arrived.
Please offer feedback.

2009 E63
msrp 97xxxk purchase 71k
1st month and acquisition fee 0 cap reduction
36 months 15k miles/yr
rates at .0355 and risidual at 43% (what a crappy risidual)
that net me a price of about $1250 before tax
I just came from an 08 M5 to the E63

If anyone else has any figures for 09 E63 it would be great and help ensure my friend completes his transition from M to AMG.

Why lease an old body style for $1200? I am ending my lease soon of on 07 and pay less than that. I bet the new body style will soon lease for that. MB always gets stuck with many AMG E class and then just lease them for huge discounts. Plus the current model is really, really ugly. I went to the dealer and didn't even bother test driving it...

So what are you guys paying?
He doesn't want a new one as the deals are on the just replaced 09 and main draw is the engine which remains current. He is in the process of selling his apartment and buying a house so he doesn't want to commit 70k to buying one. He wants a brand new 09.
Again, as many details as possible please. When leasing he should put 0 down but will have to pay taxes and fees, correct?
Dealer recommendation in L.A. area would be good too. WI Simonsen in Santa Monica are clowns but have heard good things about South Bay.

No chance anyone is going to get a $95K car for under $1,200 a month / 36 months right now. maybe in 6 or 7 years when the next E comes out... but all those specials were in the last 24 months of the W211's life cycle.
I also suspect that MB will not be churning out the AMG's like they did in the past. They got stuck with a lot of unsold cars when the recession hit - this time around I suspect they'll be more conservative.
