I bet that s55 has 750hp at the crank. Its also a very heavy car. If folks are getting 550whp out of an E55. And I've seen 580whp (race fuel) on a dyno dynamics, from a few E55's. I would think 750chp is possible. However, I bet that Cl65 has 650hp at the wheels.

I think the hood scoop lost the race for this guy. Its huge and the drag that thing must create is a thread topic all in its own. I was waiting for the hood to flip open. Man I'm waiting for someone to do a tasteful hood scoop or hood mod.

The hood scoop doesn't matter. Believe it or not, once a pocket of air fills the space, there is no drag created. Same theory as the back of a pickup bed, keeping the tailgate raised as opposed to down makes no difference. You see, they proved this on Mythbusters.

750 was a crank number.

i wonder what it has though. it hung within few lengths of a modded CL65 from 0-174mph (guy said 280km/h in the video at the end)!!

either way that S55 def has some serious power, since i believe they mention in another video that CL65 has a tune.
