Thats is exactly the finish on them right now. But my car has the whole blk/ white theme going on right now. So what do you guys think I should do? All gloss , gloss faces/ flat lips. White lips/ Gloss faces or gloss faces/ standard polished lips? If you guys have any other options please let me know. Thank

I say black center and polished lip, simple and classic look. Pick matte or glossy at your preference.
I’m sorry my friend but I don’t understand what ‘ricey’ means, the term must be lost in our cultural differences. Is there any chance you could you help me out with an explanation? I thought at first you may mean a Japanese vehicle with a particular style of aftermarket rims, but I see a lot of them with black centres with black lips, black centres with white lips and so on, so it can’t be that. I’m even more confused as I’ve seen nice rims on one make of car look as equally nice on a car from another manufacturer, so it can’t be that either. I must sound like a fool to be on a car forum and not understand, some clarification for a newbie would be appreciated. I will say there are some sensational looking E55’s and E63’s on here with some great aftermarket rims, maybe a photo of one with ‘ricey’ rims would help.

rice machine, rice grinder or simply ricer. The pejorative is often intended to denigrate cars which have been modified cosmetically to give a false impression of high performance, but not actually capable of it. The accusation behind this is that the car has been customized with the intent to fool people. The term is most often used against east Asian made vehicles where the population is presumed to subsist on a diet of rice.

The OP's car is white... here is a pic of another members car, PerisanGodFatha

I just don't think it looks good at all, even if this example is more chrome lip, but to each their own.
And while we're talking painting wheels, somebody put white wheels on their white 55.
I'm tempted to say do a matte black center will gloss black lips

I think it'd look great with a pano roof white 55k.
Those cars with white lips....

my two pennies.
