After seeing the thread with the E55 vs E63 video I thought it would be nice to find me a stock E63. Well my buddy found 1 for me . So I'm going to race someone from this forum (oldgixxer) who knoz his car and has run it. There should be no excuses with the outcome of this race.

I happened to get a BIG BONUS out of this. The new CTS-V wants to play as well. I'm going to run both E63 and CTS-V and will have vids. Tom night in MEXICO! If everything goes as planned we will be doing the runs a lil late and I should have vids as always for you guys. .

You know OldGixxers 63 is the record holder, fastest stock 63 as I recall.

Well thats great. My car dynoed at 411whp and have been running M5's and everything else till now and my car has proven itself. So I'm hoping stock vs stock this should settle it all .

"Settling it all" would involve drag strip ETs and trap speeds. Street racing in Mexico doesn't exactly qualify as ideal testing IMO.

So you got Oldgixx huh? this should be a good race. He was the 1st E63 to run into the 11's and the 1st E63 over 118mph in the 1/4 mile. Have someone get that run on video.

Its going to be a good one. I have spoken to him and we should be doing rolls newhere from 20-40mph start. We will both have an extra passenger so we can get these runs on video.

Of all stock E63s you had to find one of or the only one documented in the 11's. It'll be tough for the 55 but have fun, good luck, and watch out for minivans full of kids
