Best sounding exhaust for the E55??
Hey guys looking to purchase an E55 in the next couple of months and was wondering what peoples opinions are on diffrent exhaust option for the E55!! Also what did you pay for the system you are running? Thanx for any help!!

i dont have an e55, but ive seen them online with modded exhaust and i would say that meistershaft or eisenmann sound the best. but when you find the right car and lookin to replace your stock exhaust let me know id take it off your hands.

The Eisenmann Race is what I have on mine. It is very civil just cruising down the highway or around town but sounds FANTASTIC when you open it up. There is also good growl at idle that draws attention but is not obnoxious.

I am at work so I can't access the link, but I ran across a clip on youtube of Tracer exaust. I had never heard of it but it certainly had a nice deep sound. I found it through a US distrib for $2200

Agreed, the Tracer sounds MEAN AS HELL. However, before I got my Eisenmann Sport, I tried calling the Tracer exhaust guy in Reno and he never got back to me. I sent him numerous emails, and left something like 15 v-mails. The exhaust sounds sick but they lack professionalism in the business sense. SO screw them.

Go with Eisenmann. I got mine and its a joke how good it sounds. Here's a clip of my car on a dyno with the exhaust..

Chop off the rear mufflers and straight pipe it! Is highly obnoxious
