I'm sure Vadim is making up a list of all you personality assassins and crossing you guys off his list for the next group buy for his revolutionary product.

It's a secret but I hear it allows for non-linear scaling of both the throttle and for NA cars with aftermarket SCs a MAF scaler. Results forthcoming!

Using it already with a good success - final testing starts on the March 8th

Robert, you have sunk to a new low. And trust me, that is hard for you. We always thought of you as naive but never as a stoop. Nobody denied Vadim's skills. It is his brash ability to use excuses when the rest of us deal with life. I don't believe in luck, so stop the pity crap.
Needless to say, you are about as sly as my 7 year old trying to get an extra slice of pie.

BTW, did you collect your judgement? I assume so, since you are so uppy uppy. LOL if that agreement had the REVOLUTIONARY scaler for our cars. I guess you are the first on the group buy AND you have even already paid!! Kudos, Robert. Kudos!

I haven't gone in a while but that's the last place I saw Vadim.

It's unfortunate that all this has gone down.

I bet I already know what it is and it isn't revolutionary. MAF scalers have been around for years. A simple google search will reveal this revolutionary secret product. Since you are friends with him you should tell him to do a few things before "developing" products: a) Deal with the past issues, nobody in their right mind will by from him until this is fully resolved. b) Look at the target market, is it worth developing a product that has a potential market of ~5 buyers? c) Make sure your super secret revolutionary products havent already been developed years ago. I think those 3 tips are a place to start. I will waive the consulting fees for this session

Got a small update. My brother came down this weekend to review the files that a paralegal put together. I have file a fraud case against that entity and am in the process of discovery. I found out that getting into a bind and continuing certain patterns does constitute an attempt to fraud, regardless of what hot water drove you there.

To those of you with parts in his hands, I hope the get taken. I can promise that I will trash or sell for profit ANY goods that I am able to recover.

The results of the investigation will lead to our next step in civil court. At this point, small claims court is simply too small and has far too many loop holes to force change....

Stay tuned as this matter is coming to a resultion (at least for me). Much like the walk on the moon, it may just be one small step for me but a giant step for enthusiasts. We all learn a lesson but we also have accountability.

Vadim is a Liar and a Crook

Vadim is a liar and a crook. He ripped me off, lied to me repeatedly, and then ignored my daily attempts to communicate with him. Since that time, I have simply moved on. I recently acquired not 1 but 2 1973 455 Trans Ams and an 06 SL65 AMG. So, go f**k yourself Vadim. Living well is the best revenge.

WOW! You revived an old thread just to tell Vadim (yes he's a confirmed crook) who no longer reads this board to go F himself.. Sounds like you haven't moved on.

Truth? I stopped visiting this board years ago. Too many smart-*** know-it-alls tossing out flippant remarks to other people's posts from the comfort of their cubicles at work. I logged on to MB world only to see what the 65 members had to say about the various tuners out there since I just stepped into an SL65. Ran into Vadim's name on the SL65 board and the thread re-directed me to this "old" thread on the 55 board. I honestly didn't even bother to check the date of the last post before I typed.

After the last 6 months of my 2010 and the first 6 months of 2011, I can assure you I no longer give a rat's *** about the $1000 bucks I threw away on Vadim.

Congradulations on the SL65 BTW. I can't believe that these cars are selling for what they are currently, there is an 06 with 23K miles on it fully loaded for $63k at a dealership close to me.

Depreciation

Gawd, isn't that the truth? Whoodathunkit that you could get into a car that listed north of $190k for around a third of that 4-5 years later???? Especially one with full service history and under 25k miles? With the extra curb weight, the new SL probably won't be appreciably quicker than our modded and tuned E class 55s. But it certianly has alot of untapped potential. I have loved every mod and every mile I put on my E55. I wish I had the discretionary income and garage space to just keep all the cars I have ever owned a-la Jay Leno. But the truth is I probably wouldn't drive them enough and then they sit and get stale. I just HAD to have both Buc Red AND Brewster Green 73 TA's, but the god's honest is that I don't drive them nearly as much as I convinced myself I would when I justified the purchase and the lift to go with them. Oh well - a fool and his money, right!?!?!?!?!?

The whole Vadim thing is like a soap opera. Only hope people were made whole, or in part.

On this above, I can definitely agree with this as it does happen. However, there are some really cool people here that don't fit this mold.

I thought VRP was owned by a Victor Ruscitto. That was the name on the payment that I made when I purchased his 80tb about 3 years ago.
