Pads and Rotors - USA parts for Aust ok?

Pads and Rotors - USA parts for Aust ok?
Ok Ive done my searching homework for replacement pads/sensors/rotors. A good thread is here for any of those searching in the future : https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...questions.html
My question is, am I safe in assuming the US sourced parts for the rotors/pads replacement will bolt ok onto an Australian delivered car. Im pretty sure we get a euro spec version of the E55 but not sure. - Im dont really want to pay shipping costs and get them here to find out they wont fit and bugger me if I want to pay $2500 to the stealership (just quoted) for a pad and rotor change
