Meziere WP136, How to install??

has anyone has a DIY guide in how to install this Meziere WP136??

Also, if you install a Meziere WP136 or a CM90 pump with the OEM heat exchanger, would it get any improvement??

im not real familiar with your setup but i know on the s/c v6 unless you upgrade the h/e with a better flowing unit the pump upgrade has minimal effect

the meziere pump mounts vertically in the stock location. you may have to fab a bracket for it. the rubber fastener on the stock hoses have to be cut so the hoses can slide easily over the inlet and outlet of the meziere pump.

is the Meziere 3/4" inlet and outlet?

I was also thinking of going with the CM90 with 20mm or 3/4" connections..

Shardul if you have pics of your install.. It will help.

No, you need to buy the proper fittings. The part # for the fittings is WP12034B (you need 2)

this is stupid question but new to the e55 world (came from audi b5 s4 world and installed meth on my stage 3 and primed pump via hot wire to battery) but this pump needs to be primed correct?

and how did you do it with the electrical fittings since they plug in you can just touch it to battery to power on to prime... i am assuming you hook up the pump by pluging in the electrical connector to factor without the outlet hooked up and turn ignition to ACC an run pump until coolant comes out and then turn ignition off and hook hose up to outlet of pump then mount then done?

thanks in advance

Checked the install on my pump today and it appears the unit is upside down, I know it needs to mount vertically and not horizontal. The coolant lines are running to the top of the unit.

I assume this would greatly affect the flow or does it matter?

The pump needs to be mounted vertically. I used a 90degree AN fitting to connect the hose going to the intercooler. Let me see if I can find a pic.

It is mounted vertically but in its current mount the lines run to the top of the pump not the bottom like I have seen pics and thought it should be.
