Thanx in advanced

I didn't use any. I did however slap a few extra screws in though.

Screws is enough, Double sided tape is a PIA if you want to remove it. I just installed mine CF lip a few weeks ago, it not going to fall off.

I think that best way to hang a rear diffuser or Lip Spoiler is to use both the double sided tape and bolts/screws. I wouldn't trust the tape by itself, a speed bump could dislodge it.

How is the quality of the piece, fitment? Any issues mounting it? Would you purchase this item again off of eBay?

something that can use more power
I used rivets. Much more reliable than using screws in the thin plastic, and easier to install than using bolts/nuts.

Quality and fitment is great, no mounting issue, it come with screws, but i bought some flush black screws and washers (qty. 8) from home depo because the one that come with it is stainless silver color which you can see if you look at certin angle from front, the black one blend in.
fyi,
only certin area of the lip that is shown is carbon fiber and the rest of the area like under the OE bumber and under neat the lip is painted gloss back and a heavy clear coat so I don't know if it 100% CF of certin area in lay in CF only.
Also, sOme one on this forum is sell one for E55 and I'll bet they bought it from the same company in Taiwan that I bought my from because my came in the same box seen in the picture they shown.
this is the company i bought my CF lip from.

CF- offer them $280 with shipping, that how much my was at "Buy it now" price.

Certain area are very hard to access to put a nuts and bolts on, like the middle area. It's much easier just to pre drill the lip and screw it into the OE bumper. If you want to remove it later on rivets is not a solution, Rivets put lots of pressure on the material. the "CF" lip are not thin and sure are not plastic. look like fiber glass and break like fiber glass if you apply to much torque it will crack, the one I bought anyway. Good luck with the nuts and bolts.

Peter, the one from JBSpeed is the same... they are all the same quality, same as you described. Plus, JBSpeed doesnt give any screws or bolt... just the piece and the price is much higher than ebay but absolutely the same thing all from Taiwan.
