I don't know what to say. This car is the most unreliable I've ever owned. No wonder I don't take it far from the house.
Made one inquiry to a lemon guy in louisiana. Since it was purchased out of state he didn't want to talk about it. I'm still looking.

I believe Lemon Law is only in play for the original owner, and up to the first 10K miles and/or 1 year of ownership.
Your state may vary slightly.

In Maryland, lemon law is original owner and within first year of ownership, plus the car needs to have been to the shop minimum of 3 times for the same fault, plus spent x # of days in the shop over a certain time span. We lemoned my wife's denali back in 2008. Of course, thanks to the BS lemon law she had to be stranded three times with alternator issues before we could turn it back in. She's a hot tempered Eastern Shore girl so she was a big big fan of that.
Either way, OP best of luck getting your situation resolved.

In this case, You better return the car by Lemon law or you got to run to dealer so often and afraid of long drive. Its about $100k car, you should get what you pay for.

in California lemon law applies within the original warranty period. it applies if you have to service the same problem 4 times or more and it cannot be repaired.
Also if your car has been in the shop for more than 30days combined.
