Right side exhaust tip on Right Muffler flew off[PICS]...PLEASE ADVISE!!!
So my tip had a little shake in it. I decided after work today I would get it welded, however last night i made a quick run and when i got home last night I noticed the whole pipe included the tip was gone. I'm not even sure where it could be. Now the Dealer wants $1500 for a complete right side exhaust which I think is insane. I've seen some on Ebay but would rather not take that route. I know that nobody will just cut it off of a perfectly fine exhaust that they might have for sale.... Im loosing my mind think about this. Lately I feel that the car is just giving me so many minor issues(which I really dont mind) but when these minor issues keep piling up.. its gets so stressful. Does any one have any links on where i could buy these pieces?????

Wow, I have not seen that one happen...Sorry about that man...From everything I've ever seen you have to by the muffler to get the tips. I guess you could get an ebay tip (I'm with you on the not wanting to go that road) and find a shop that could bend and weld to connector tubing to the tip and muffler..?? I get dealer parts at wholesale, but it's usually only around 15-20% off...

Have you looked into titanium tips? They look awesome and any decent muffler shop should be able to put them on for a lot less then $1,500!
You also may want to look at the tips listed below on this page

Tru Oval tips. $129 for a pair.

I know the one tip would be off so why not just do all 4? It's only $260 for all 4. That's less then the ebay exhaust you showed.
Idk, just throwing out options, trying to save a fellow E55 brother some money lol Only down side is they don't say ///AMG but they may be able to do something.
You would want to measure them first as they might be to big/small.

You could reroute your drive last night to try and find it?
Or you could take one off the other side and debadge the car, making people think it's not an amg. Sleeper.

Someone totally "Midnight-Auto'd" your tip off, I bet they were going for all (4) but you or someone else spooked them from finishing the heist...
Tips don't just fall/break off like that period. Looks like they prolly tried this some time ago as carbon build up surrounds/covers most of the cut, they got 3/4 the way thru & ran, notice the last bit of shiney metal? That is where it finally gave way.

Did you bring your car to repair or at a shop recently? They might have worked on cutting the tip to almost off at the shop, then finish cutting it at your work or home.
