Anyone in need of a dyno-tune in South Florida?
My car is just about finished and my last project is having it tuned. I finally chose a tuner who is considered by many to be "the best in the business". He is coming to S. Florida to tune my car on Friday April 23rd and Saturday April 24th. If you are at all in need of a tune shoot me a PM for details.

yes they are right down the street from me. when asked if they would tune my car i was told they didnt particularly want to because some of my components are non-renntech even though most are. they finally agreed to tune it but said i would have to come back in a month so i chose another route...

I understand not wanting to put their tune/name on someone else's products. Too many issues tend to come up? What if you had a bad part or bad install that caused sometype of failure on your car. Assume, for example, that one of your non-RennTech parts failed after they tuned your car? Since they were the last one to touch the car, they will almost (99% of the time) be the ones to get blamed for the failure.

They needed a month to dyno tune your car? Who did you talk to?

Are you talking about me? lol. I am posted on multiple threads? Well, yes, two threads, and one of them is a tune day that I am setting up. Are you coming to our tune day? If so, shoot me a PM. Thanks.

I'm sure Beauphus isn't hiding or trying to keep this a secret, if this was the case he wouldn't be having a open tune day. If you would like to know and considering a tune just pm him. If not why are you so concerned about who's tuning their cars when you are satisfied with EC and Tony. Just move on and make your own thread and possibly start a tuning day with your tuner..... Just a thought.

been there done that. i set a tuning day in atl with 15 cars showing up. c55 sl55 slk32 6 srt-6 and a handful of m3 m5 and the like. soulsearcher even stopped by to watch and i learned a ton just chatting with him!! my question is why all the secrecy? the tuner doesnt want anyone to know who he is? awesome way to get ahead in buisness!

Yeah, the tuner is totally hurting for business but I'm sure he'll appreciate your tips and suggestions. Not everyone needs to go around posting a tuning session all over the boards like others. Some people go by pure reputation and word of mouth. Must be a good feeling to get phone calls from all around the country without a single dollar spent in advertisement....wow! That my friend will require the secret handshake...
