RENNtech CL65 does 191.186 mph in Exotics Rally Standing Mile
Finally broke 190 in the mile today. Actually surprised it did considering conditions. Over 90 degrees with stiff head wind.

I have never recorded a 60-130; however, thinking about picking up a Vbox lite.

I believe Black Series was a customer's car. It put down 650 to the wheels. Here's the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NLNsNLhhRGM
Think it was the Black Series owner's first time out. He was a little cautious, took it easy and left early. Car is probably good for around 185.
The C63 had a coil go bad and that dictated the day. However, it went 180 at last event held by Mile Marker 1 on March 10th.

I noticed in the video link you provided RENNtech totally removed your CL65 side rearview mirrors & covered w/some sort of aerodynamic flat coverings, I don't know how many mph that is worth?
But should be noted RENNtech picked up 9mph in C63 by adding some front & rear wheel & arch covers & also removing the side rearview mirrors & adding flat coverings. The C63 went 176 mph w/out the aerodynamic enhancements, & 185 mph w/aerodynamic enhancements.
our tuned C63 drew all sorts of attention. Last week, we fabricated some unique aero enhancements in-house for this event. These exterior additions bumped the cars standing mile speed up nearly 9mph - 185MPH! Proving that aerodynamics has just as much an effect on a vehicles ability to “go fast” as its actual performance output.

Thanks. As you probably know, the mirrors fold in on the CL65. As such, if removing my mirrors picked up a full 1 mph over simply folding them in, I would be surprised. In sum, the mirror covers don't do much, but I want my .25 of a mph.
Bigger question, how much did 90 + degree heat and 15 mph headwind slow the car down? I bet more than my mirror covers added.

Do you have any personal goals this year? I would love to see one of you guys in the 9's personally. It's very doubtful any of the E55's will be able to get there which means we'll have to rely on the our big brothers to represent. Go get yours!!!!
