600 hp + $$?

If you where looking to mod a standard e55 from 469 hp to around 600 hp+ at the flywheel, what would you need, and how much $ would you need to budget? thanks.

Now a days, this is prolly all you need...

ECU/Pulley
Headers
Throttle body

It would also be highly recommended that you upgrade your intercooler pump and a larger heat exchanger.

Good luck

600 to the CRANK is not too expensive and has been done many times over by forum members. expect 80 from a pulley and good tune ($1500 to $2000) and another 30 from headers ($1500 to $3000) and cooling mods ($750) and you should be able to reach your goals for approx $5 to $6k. if you can find used parts u may save some $$.

getting 600 to the WHEEL is another story and a few more bucks...the first 100 ponies come easy. the next 100 are difficult...

couldn't say it any better!! I know i have over 600crank and my mods were cheap -- I picked up used parts -- when everyone upgraded to the newer pullies and affordable headers... i gladly scooped up their old stuff.

i think i go all my stuff for around $2000 -

good luck !!
