Lightly oil spark plugs?

I've got all my sparkplugs out. Before I begin installing the new ones I thought maybe I should ask about what the correct procedure is. Should I lightly oil them, or use a little anti-sieze paste? Thanks.

I would use copper based anti-sieze paste.
