idk maybe its just me but i don't really see a problem with it (sans the dice). it doesn't have any tacky gills, grilles, badges, chrome trim, etc., the stance is good and from what i'm seeing lately the overly aggressive offset is very popular in certain circles (its not for me, but to each their own). also, the widebody mouldings are actually quite unique and work well with the overly aggressive offset. all in all, given the make and model of the car, i've seen far, far worse mod jobs.

V12-Biturbo
lol...maybe it also something to do with where one is from. i lived in SB for many years (where this car was spotted) and it would def stick out and be an eye sore there. however, living in/near LA, as I have for most of my life, I see MUCH worse than this almost daily.

Hate to break the news to you...but they have been putting those exact flares on Japanese cars since the '60s with wide wheels. Some exaggerated some more subtle. It is a car culture in Japan called Bosozuku. It is now being copied here in the U.S
The Cressida also has a detuned Supra motor...but many have been turbocharged and putting out some incredible numbers...
No rice in that.

I too have seen FAR worse, the reason I posted it was pretty much due to reasons you cite, & recent popularity in WIDEBODY. Except if you saw it in person you'd cringe @ bodywork etc it is indeed a POS. The fender flairs look like blk toilet seats hastily bolted to Jig-Sawed, beat ta' shhhhiiiittttt fender work.
haha toilet seats
