My upgraded fuel system

I love what you did here man. That is one awesome setup. I have always of the opinion that when and if it come down to it. I would do:
1. 2 pumps in each saddlebag of the tank with a custom hanger holding twin walbros on each side
2. -12 an leaving the pumps to an in line filter splitter to twin -8 feeding the front and rear of each rail on each bank.
3. -6 an return line form the center of each fuel rail.
4. An fpr for each bank of cylinders so I can adjust each bank accordingly.
6. 1300 cc injectors to top it all off and see how much fuel this can flow!
Mimic my old setup for the turbo tundra 5.7 setup i had.

Shows the fuel line and regulator.
The custom stainless sender unit “blank” that I welded the bulkhead connector into. The connector installs with an O ring and a C clip. You can see the new 10ga wiring that goes to the new 40A relays wired straight to the battery in the trunk.
-8AN feed bulkhead and -6AN return. Had to drill holes in the plastic tank and use PTFE washers. Stock feed line blocked off with a plug and JB weld. This is an old photo. I had to replace this whole sender unit because it cracked and leaked fuel after I reinstalled all of this. Now I have the hose barb blocked off with rubber hose and a bolt. No leaks!
I copied my fuel setup shown above from a member in here who did a very detailed write up. It absolutely DROWNS my stock engine/weistec supercharged W211. My setup goes>
>Custom fuel tank bulkhead for 10 gauge fuel pump wiring. New fuel pump relays in the trunk. All new power and ground wiring for the pumps
Custom weld in bulkhead electrical connector
>Twin Walbro 450 high pressure pumps mounted in tank in stock location
>Y fitting into single -8AN across
-8AN bulkhead in the top of the tank
-8AN fuel filter
-8AN Y into rear of both fuel rails
-6AN returns into Fuel pressure regulator
-6AN return line adapted to stock fuel feed line
Stock fuel feed line returned into -6AN bulkhead
Radium engineering Venturi inside fuel tank to siphon fuel onto fuel pump side of tank.
My car did 694whp and 860ft/lb of torque on 100% stock internal engine @22psi
ASP 180mm pulley
69mm upper pulley
MBH long tubes
Hellcat 105mm throttle body
Trunk ice tank (no ice)
yadda yadda
I previously had a Race IQ tune, stock fuel system would run 11.8/1 AFRs. Car ran great. After I changed the fuel system, the car would run 10.0/1 AFRs almost bogging out. When I got it Dyno tuned, every run just consisted of taking fuel out of the tune. I truly believe if these engines are fueled and tuned properly watching IAT’s they will live over 650whp.
