Do you know what side goes under the car the jack points in rubber/plastic

I don't have them under my car, just bought new ones

Where does the wave side go? near the middle of the car or the door?

thank

I think the wave/curvature is designed so the factory lift jack doesn't rub it while you're lifting so the curvature faces out. If your car is low enough you will notice that the curvature clears the solid metal part (without the threading) of the jack perfectly . If it helps place this plastic piece on your factory lift jack(plastic portion that makes contact with the car) and what I said will make sense.

The cutout(wave) goes towards the center of the car. See EPC.net image #B60030000111.081031. It's actually there to help clear the collar at the end of the jackscrew.
