FS: Heat Exchanger from Automotive Connoisseur Group
Selling my upgraded H/E that I recently bought from James@ACGSD. Has less than 2000 miles on it. Practically new. Asking $300 shipped. Let me know...

This is a very interesting thread, and I might even consider sponsoring the labor on this swap if anyone will be interested in the Bay Area. I would use my car but don't want to pull the trigger quite yet, complements to my better half. So if anyone is willing to donate their car for what seems to be wonderful cause, I will have my staff on this project in a heart beat, so let me know if anyone is interested. I am willing to sponsor 1 car for labor on the suspension install only, so you will have to purchase all the parts your self. Also my friend has the Star diagnostics so you might have to pay him 60 bucks or so to turn off the air suspension warning. Let me know

Im selling the H/E to make room for a new version H/E. I will get the specs from James @ ACG but i know I paid 600 for it a few months ago and I run a 190 pulley and I have yet to heat soaI. It was a clean and easy install. The brackets are premounted from what I remember. Im sure others on this board who have the same H/E and I beleive James told me they were made by Spearco but not quite sure. I do know it is very well built and is substantially bigger/more efficient than the stock H/E

I Don't know if you are aware but that is identical in every way to the PLM HE some of us have. Not trying to interfere with a sale, but I just looked at the picture and I was stricken by the remarkable resemblance. Right down to the red plastic bottle cap covers on the hose in/out. I wonder if there is some rebranding and markup happening here....

It may be identical to the PLM, however it is $95 cheaper (plus he is including shipping)
So the deal is good, and it is likely made by same company as makes it for PLM.. or, it is simply from PLM Either way, its a good HE

That looks like it but can't be 100% sure. Either way I know I never had heat soak with a 190 pulley with the H/E. I also know the price is more than reasonable so someone plz buy it

my mechanic would ship direct from his shop. the minute i get a payment it will be in the mail same or next day. its not that far away - its just too far for me to drive out to just to take a photo when i already posted pictures of the exact H/E. pending sale so if anyone is truly interested better move quick otherwise its going to first paypaler...
