e63 headers fit the E55?

e63 headers fit the E55?
Ill let you know soon,my mechanic just ordered a set to see if he can put them on his e55 after he drove mine with the kleemann headers installed.

said my car pulls like his 180pulley up top end in the heat lol.

I dont know why he dosnt just buy a set of kleemanns but he is convinced the e63 headers will make more power.

I would be soooo surprised if the bolt holes even match up...Much less the gaskets and ports...

C63, SL55, E55, CLS55, ML63, C55
They will not fit. The 63's have oval ports and the 55's are round.

63 header flange.

Definitely a long shot and lots of work if he's going to try and make them work. Doesn't seem like the gains (if any) would be worth the extra work?

I am going to send this thread to the guy on here who tried to sell me Kleemann E55 headers saying that the E55 and E63 took the exact same part number and the same headers. That did not make sense to me, but he insisted.
