Weather is not looking good, but I am glad they will make the call tonight. Wunderground now shows 70% chance of rain Saturday through Monday. That forcast extends north, and as far south as San Diego, and East to San Berdardino. Seems like a pretty big patch of ****ty weather.
I guess if it does not go Saturday, Sunday is unlikley, and the 4th will be it. I am not looking to borrow trouble, but thats what all current conditions would indicate.
Doesn't anyone have access to the NASA weather machine? I saw it on PBS.. ya know.

Unfortunately, weather is not looking too good for Saturday or Sunday for that matter, but the track will still wait till Thursday night/Friday morning to make the final call. If the weather does not change, we will likely get moved to December 4th....

There is still a chance though..... a few websites say that the showers are not till 7 pm on Saturday so we'll have to wait and see.

It seems like it's going to rain all through the coast the weekend....horrible.
Any chance or rescheduling for the 11th? I'm not intersted in racing on Sunday if it rains all day Saturday and The 4th I can't make it. Maybe we could have a poll to see what day works for everyone, if that's an option

Unfortunately, the way this is going, I think they'll be more rain on Sunday than on Saturday, so Sunday may not be an option anyways. However, I don't want to make any calls yet. Lets wait until we get an official final word from the track by tomorrow night/Friday morning before we explore other options.

I just got confirmation from the track that all of their sources confirm rain this weekend on both days Saturday and Sunday. And although the rain will be intermittent, it makes no sense for us to go out there and take a risk. So the event is now officially moved to Saturday, December 4th.If you can't make it, please PM me. We will re-open the sign-up sheet again until November 27th.
The good news is that in December, Famoso literally sees the BEST DA OF THE YEAR. Hope to see you guys there

BUT...
If it means a shot at better DA's....I'm DOWN!~! I need all the help I can get!
