If going from 74mm to 82mm yields 30 whp or more, then how does going from a 74mm to a 78mm only yield you 5 hp ( not sure if your talking whp or not). If you truly do gain 2 mph on the 1/4 mile then this is good for more than 5 hp.

the way I did it was, i dynoed with stock tb and then switched the tb and then cooled down and redynoed 5whp

literally 30 min in between

yahh seems strange... the bore is 78mm from stock and an extra 4mm bore to 82mm gives you an extra 25hp??

either way w.e its not much to try it out anyways so i'll see if i notice the throttle response and such

Friction loss is a function of diameter.
