180mm Pulley- Dyno Numbers

Ok, so I got my 180mm pulley installed and tuned there after.
It was very, very hot out, and frankly, a very long day. In the end, we went with the tune that put down the best numbers, but the heat was killing us all day. We iced the SC beweet runs (30-45 minutes), and did about 10 runs total.
I am happy with the results, and even happier with the feel of the car. It looks like the heat simply killed us over 5400rpm, so it is hard to know what we would have seen with some decent temps (All day was 100 + in the Valley).
I didn't get a baseline as I really didn't want to waste time. I assume it probably would have shown around 390 based on other stock dyno dynamic numbers.
We did a lot of comparisons with other saved files, and this looked extreamly strong. I would say I got 85 HP and a touch over 100tq
I know this dyno is rough on numbers, but how does that relate to torque? Is it equally adjusted?
Let me know what you think.. Im all zipped up!

Jeremy spent over 6 hours tuning this. When looking at other E55's, it looks like had I not dumped fuel due to heat, it would have continued upwards to redline.
We overlayed this graph with another E55 with identical mods. This graph was stronger to 5400, when we fell down. -the other car made 477 at 6400
Cooling mods: PLM HE, Upgraded pump, Split Circuit (w/BMW res)
Ill be doing a Throttle body next, and will do meth injection at that time. Already bought the kit

Jeremy's tuning +1! I'm waiting to here when he'll be back to Florida
I practically have the exact same setup. Take out those cats! It's worth the few extra HP/TQ!

Any plans on making Famoso? This would be a great time to learn, drive, or just BS with others in person.

Dyno Dynamics is a mustang dyno if I am not mistaken and they typically read around 13% or so lower than a non load bearing dyno, so those are damn good numbers.

Someone asked what this number would be on a DynoJet, but a better question is: What would the number have been if we could keep the timing and fuel in line after 5400. Every other Dyno chart I have seen for a 55 (including files at OE) showed peak HP at 6400 - 6500
Since I was making 450 at 5400, and the hp will begin to flatten on top end, I think this could have pulled into the 470's
Bank to the previous question- This is from a site where the guy did back to back runs on the two dynos.
The Results:
Dynojet - 275.8whp and 232.2 torque
DynoDynamics - 224.7whp and 192.2 torque
This shows over 20% difference in HP. I have no idea how these two dynos compare day to day, but 20% seems high. (and it doesn't matter cause you cant use these numbers anyway)
Jeremy said the DD reads 14% lower than a similarly set up Mustang.. so they must be different. Jeremy prob knows. I know nothing :P

We were having similar drops when he was tuning my car but wasnt as hot and i had not done the system split yet..so those are Great #S you got there
Once You throw the TB on and get the cooling sorted out you'll be north of 500whp for sure on DD
Props to Jeremy

What up man!!!!!!! Good to meet you finally on Saturday!!! I was there up till about noon and boy was it heating up.
This dyno is beyond a heartbreaker and it just got another software update which pulled the numbers even lower per Alex at Gintani and Jeremy.
Solid numbers!!!!

There is really no set percentage to demonstrate the difference between dynojets and load-bearing dynos. Each machine can be adjusted/corrected to show certain percentage differences. I've seen some machines show 18% difference while others show 2% difference. Don't worry too much about what the final dyno numbers are, you should only look at the delta. It was very important to take a baseline dyno because it would've showed you the exact gains and where they occurred. Did you happen to have a baseline dyno on another dyno at least?
Anyways, your car looks like it is running very strong.... 450 rwhp on Gintani's dyno is

Cant quite read it. What was peek trq and HP numbers? Its funny, guys with good cooling mods dont drop after 5400, and they get about 20 more HP.. I wonder why that is
