Don't get caught up in all the dyno numbers becasue they'll all be different. My car dynode at 447 rwhp on a mustang dyno but yet ran a 10.776 at the track.....
How much lbs of torque did you get?

yea, that seems VERY low, especialy for a Mustang Dyno.

On the Gintani, I got 543 trq.. and that thing is low, low, low.. I have been looking at all the cars that have dynoed recently, including VIC who went right before me, and every M3 the day I got my numbers. When comparing to published HP / TRQ numbers, the DD reads 24% lower. That is huge, and makes my measley numbers seem not so bad. I can't wait for Famoso. I will be very happy if I can get into the 11's with my DR's.

Bassn, was your 10.X (I see you hold #2 on Drag Times) with or without NO2?

Great runs you have posted there. Thats another benifit of the track. I can finally post my times (god/bad or otherwise)

I'm not sure that our cars are really that much different. I think where we live will better represent the way our cars perform. We all know one thing, heat and humidity really affect our cars. For example, if I lived in Florida there's no way I would go with anything bigger than a 168 or 172. Living here in the bay area allows me to go with a 180+ pulley with my cooling mods and still lets me perform well most of the year. Is it efficient, it's enough for me to achieve my goals in the right conditions. I accept the fact that my car will not run record breaking runs during the summer, that's okay. When winter comes I do expect a lot out of my car and if I feel it doesn't perform to my expectations changes will be done.

Everyone has a different agenda, some like the 1 mile high speed runs, 60-130 roll ons, and most here prefer the 1/4 mile. Mod your car accordingly to fit your style of driving and I'm sure you'll be happy.

Good luck with the 180!!! If you don't mind me asking, what are your goals?

I use to have those dyno numbers in my signature to express what I thought about dynos..... I've dynode anwhere from 447 (MD), 520 (DD), and 565 (DD), all with the same mods.

It is without nitrous. That run was done during a track event that we had at Sacramento Raceway. It was probably one of the most ideal days I've had racing. We had a slight tailwind, crystal blue skies, and it was in the high 50's to low 60's...as ideal as they come. Many cars here on MBW had PB's that day.

due to my runs at Sac many people here questioned the trap speeds, which is fine but it was all speculation. Just recently I finally got some solid evidence showing Sac is indeed 3.5 mph fast and ET's are accurate. Come November 20th I will see how my car performs on a different track. If weather is good I predict 10.7's at 128-130....we shall see. I just need to get Jeremy to tune my car one last time before the event, a little tweaking is needed.

guys, no one answered in the thread i have opened,

so i will ask here.

will there be any loss in power if a pulley is heavier ?

for eaxmple

180mm 6.2kg
the other is
180mm 6.5kg

will there be any diffrence in hp and Tq gains ??
