My First Car : 2003 E55 AMG :-D
I was in a P-Car before this and had a race car before that, and still run PCA events from time to time.
Topically, I had to pull my first evasive maneuver in my E55 last night, with 3 family members and a guest + me in the car....noticed after taking a right at a stop sign that someone hadn't seen me or the stop sign [cell phone?] and was about to t-bone me. I mashed the gas mid-turn, counter-steered into the oncoming traffic lane and straightened the car out...as the camry that blew through the stop sign slammed on its brakes and skidded to a stop along my passenger side.
Car control saved my car and possibly my life...the best mod you can do is a driver mod.
Im looking at an 06 E55 AMG, I am also 16 and I'm wondering what you pay for insurance. I have an 08 Escalade and pay 1,700 for 6 months and am trying to talk my dad into trading it for a silver E55 AMG with 70K miles on it :/
email me at davidwhelan3@aol.com with suggestions!!! thank you
Yeah Ive driven a couple of my friends' cars before this one over the years (I'm 24) but I had just actually put off getting my license because I never had the $$$ for a car, and up until recently I lived in big cities with really good public transportation.
For the last year and a half I've been dabbling in online marketing and earlier this summer it REALLY started to pay off. I figured what the hell -
YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE and I don't ever want to look back and regret not living life to its fullest... so I went to the dealership with their asking price - IN CASH - in my pocket...

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Is the car covered by any type of warranty or service contract? It can be an expensive piece of machinery to maintain if you don’t work on it yourself. The power you have under the hood is certainly something to be mindful and respectful of to keep the cops off your back and your insurance reasonable
I am still working on that myself. Stay safe and enjoy the ride!!
