Eurocharged/Jerry tuned my S55...
So Jerry from Eurocharged was in Dallas today and yesterday and let's just say he is the man when it comes to tuning cars in my book. He takes the extra effort to keep you informed and answer any and all questions you have in depth. He will do whatever it takes to make you happy. I really cant say enough about him.
My car got the 180MM Eurocharged pulley put on last week in preparation for Jerrys tune today. I was so thrilled with the numbers I got from the heartbreaker Mustang Dyno. Numbers are just numbers but the way this thing drives just blows me away. I have had very fast cars but this is my first land yacht that's relatively fast. lol.
Anyways, here are the numbers and full mods are in my sig...
He also did a custom tune on my uncles McLaren SLR so I have included those numbers as well. It's bone stock but Jerry will return in a few weeks for a pulley and exhaust retune.

S55-
369hp/483tq with pulley only
436hp/517tq after Jerrys tune
SLR-
476hp/481tq stock
501hp/493tq after Jerrys tune

FWIW I have done back to back dyno pulls in the past with the same vehicle, 3 pulls on a Dynojet 248C and 3 pulls on a Mustang Dyno and the MD was always about 15% lower. I think that's what the OP meant by 'heartbreaker dyno'. Just my experience but like he stated above, the difference is what you should focus on. How it feels to you on the street is the single most important thing though, and it sounds like you're happy!
Grats on the gains!
I was more than happy with the previous ECU tune in the SL, it ran great and was seriously fast, but Jerry contacted me a few weeks ago, and offered to update the tune with their latest enhancements. I gladly accepted.
The new tune rocks, better in every way than what I had. Very refined, OEM quality throttle response and part throttle drivability, and the car absolutely flies on full boil. Boost comes on more pregressively in the rev band, the car is both faster and easier to drive on the street. This V12 tune is about as perfect as it gets for the real world.
The TCU tune augments the ECU perfectly. Shifts are faster, torque limiters are gone, and WOT hesitation between shifts is gone. Great addition to the tune....I keep finding excuses to drive the car, the combo is that much fun.
Jerry has tuned/retuned both of my Benzes. Great tunes, 100% reliability, great service, and a pleasure to work with.

All I have to say of the new Gearbox software upgrade is "BADASS". Another great "back cracking" upgrade compliments of Jerry.
I don't know much, but I would have to assume the torque limiter is there to prevent grenading the AT and/or rear End. I know these things are beefy, but we are all pushing 100+ extra HP and Torque, so I expect there must be an engineering limitation as to what these components can take consistently, and at peak. Mind you I want this BAD, but I want to make sure I don't leave my rear end in someone yard
Can this be done remotley (flash or remote tune) ?

Just find the HP/TQ number you are comfortable with and stop adding the mods? I find that moding is a sickness and I am one SICKO!
Just add Power and keep making parts stronger that break or can not keep up with the power.. For example, I did not wear my injectors or fuel pump out , they just could not keep up.
Rac3me, Very nice gains and your SLR is sweeeeet!

I want all the torque, and so did AMG, but if there is a fail safe for when the planets align, and a peak condition occurs, I would like the limiter to assist. I think Jerry ups the limiter, vs. removing it.. That is my guess.
How do I get it?
Lets go.. Im as sick as they come.
About the numbers, like I said, numbers are just numbers. This dyno reads really low. If you want crank numbers for my car add about 12% for how low this dyno reads and 18% for drive train loss.
So my crank numbers would be 567hp/672tq.
If you use the same formula with our stock crank number it puts my car at about 347hp to the wheels. A couple other stock S55's dynod around that so I would say that 30% is just about right.
