1/4 Mile times and Jerry @ Eurocharged tuned
went to HRP last night with a bunch of local members. after seeing shardul running 11.48 i was anxious to see what my car would run. i was able to do 12.3 @116 first run for the night with ESP on. I tried running with ESP off but the tires wouldnt hook for anything. But after losing to a new cts-v, shardul talked me into letting Jerry @ Eurocharged flash my car to see what would happen.
I was able to run 12.2 @117 after the flash. the car felt so much faster up top. the power came on like a freight train. all i needed was a good set of DRs and i would have been able to run high 11's for sure. But the last run for the night i did 12.3 @118.
upon leaving the track, i decided to get on it from a 40mph roll. the car is just NASTY. it feels like an entirely new car. i am glad i listened to shardul and scott. thanks guys![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)

Not trying to drag you down, but I would think your first mod should have been tires, you ran practically the same time., at least within margin Still...your stock time and trap is a good one. Nice run. I'm sure drivability has improved which is difficult to ascertain with the numbers. Now get some more mods and find that CTS-V.

Wow, I was almost out there with my SL last Friday as well but didn't make it so I'm going this Friday. Same mod - Meziere pump (stock one died) only so I'm looking for a baseline for a "working" car. With a dead pump it did 12.9@108 a few weeks ago but with 100 degree lower intake temps it should run better now.
