I replaced all mine this past summer. Cheapest I found new color matching was from https://www.autohauspartsdelivered.com/. I also order other parts from them. They are a dealership online parts store.
mit took about 20 mins each handle to replace. Also my passenger front door cable connection went bad so I ordered a used interior handle bracket from eBay which included the cable, and it works great after that replacement. So “could” have been the cable connection all along.
This place is the same price but might be cheaper for shipping as it's in the same state as the person who asked. They have different color handles so browse for the right one unless you have one of those designo colors in which case you have to have a blank one and get it painted afterwards.

Also, like previously reported; the handles are in sequential order; 11 and 12 for fronts and 13 and 14 for rears; when you see the full part numbers you’ll see what I mean
You're better off getting it from a dealer, they usually discount it more than parts resellers. Plus FCP probably knows not to carry it because they always seem to go after 4-8 years and they're in the $200-$300 range depending on color. You should get something that can scan MB specific codes so you'll know if it's the handle or something else. Lock and unlock doesn't work on both handles? You should also look at the dash and see what messages are coming up if any. For the trunk handle, those do stick, I'd like to replace mine but it's not that easy or a cheap of a replacement so I just spray some lubricant on the hinge which doesn't really help that much. I just manually move the handle back after opening it.
You could post your VIN and maybe some kind soul will look up the right part number for you or you could get a copy of EPC and look up the correct part number yourself. It's about $8.50 on eBay and also includes the WIS which is the dealer repair manual. Not that easy to use though.
Lock and unlock doesn't work on the driver's side handles. Works perfectly fine on the passenger's
The start/stop button works fine. There are no messages on the dash.
I just replaced my door handle on my CLK550 because the buttons were not working. You do not have to pull the door panel off. It was easy. Just pull back the weather stripping to reveal the hole to the Torx Screw located on the back of the lock and loosen it until the you can pull the lock off the door. The Screw will not fall out. Once you pull the lock out. You can pull the door handle off by pulling the handle out starting on the lock end. Pull it out and back at an angle toward the rear of the car. The wires are connected to front side of the handle, be careful not to break. Remove the wire harness connector and put it on the new handle. Start installing the new handle by putting the front of the handle in at approximate 45 Degree angle. At the same time pushing forward as you push the back of the handle in place. Now the hardest part, lining up the lock. When putting the lock in place you need to put the lock shaft into the slot on the door mechanism so the key will unlock the door. Make sure you use the Key in the lock to make sure the shaft is in the slot correctly. I ordered my lock from the local Mercedes dealer. Mine was chrome and black. Give them you VIN and they will send you the correct painted handle.

You probably need to get it scanned. It may give you an error code that will either point to the door handle or the transmitter. Usually when the handle fails, at first it's either the lock or unlock function that doesn't work. That would at least tell you it's the handle. With both out on the same side, it's hard to say.
Actually FCP is more for the trunk lock, you can get it directly from an MB dealer for $67.10. I think I remember reading directions on how to do it once and it seemed rather involved, but the price of the part I think has come down. At one point I think it was over $100. It's nice that they're not charging top dollar anymore now that the cars are getting older.
Hey guys,

How much do you ask for shipping to Massachusetts?
Just to clarify — these keyless-go door handles ARE STILL AVAILABLE from MB, but most colors are NLA. If you order a new door handle, it will now usually be in a primer color that must be painted to match your body color.
Price is well over $200 at current MSRP. You can order from one of the discount MB online parts dealers for a 20-25% discount off of MSRP.
I recently ordered a new driver’s keyless-go door handle through my local dealer (MB Annapolis, www.getmercedesparts.com) for around $185. After I had a trusted local paint & body shop paint it, it took all of 15 minutes to install.
id also recommend installing new rubber door gaskets at the front and rear positions of the handle. They are cheap ($5-10 each discounted from MB) and are good to replace if yours are original.
Torx T-20 and a pair of needle-nose pliers are all that is needed for removal of old and install of new handles.
Stop struggling with unresponsive door handles! If your Mercedes-Benz W211 E-Class, W219 CLS, or W209 CLK Keyless Go has stopped working, you don't need to spend $300+ at the dealership for a single handle.
In this video, I show you how to repair your existing handle in under an hour using our custom repair kit. This kit is designed specifically to fix the common sensor failure points in these models.
