I bought and paid in full for his HRE comp. as of over 30 days. I only received 3 wheels. the fourth is at James@ACGSanDiego.

Both James and I been trying to find Jangy. And no luck.

Does anyone know where he is? Or let him know that we are looking for him.

I purchase from Jangy in the passed, an he is a stand up guy. but this time I don't what happen.

Please help. Thanks.

dont know where he is but i had a similar experience with him...i bought an elm off him that I discovered had missing parts, he said he'd send them and never did (even have after many repeated attempts to contact him)...i'm sure he's a standup guy, it just doesn't seem like he realizes there's an expected level of "customer service" anytime you sell something.

hopefully you have better luck than I did.

It was refinished and went though James, on jangy end. and I had James fitted with tyres.

I made a deal to buy something from him but then he backed out of it. No biggie, I think he just tends to get wrapped up in too many things and over his head sometimes. He's not dishonest, I'm sure he'll come through eventually.

And now you have the 4th wheel / tire combo?

The issue here is between the buyer and seller, not ACG which needs to be paid, which I agree with. That would be like selling a car that is still at the shop with a new motor in it and no payment made to the shop.

Everyone here is saying this guys is a 'stand-up guy', but not a single person who has posted so far has had a smooth transaction with this individual. Am I missing something in the definition of 'stand-up guy'?

I have to disagree on the part about ACG not being in the middle - they mounted e55wagon's tires on Jangy's wheels that he apparently still had not paid for (assuming e55wagon paid for tires...) and now this guy can't get his wheels / tires because Jangy hasn't paid?

Really? Don't ya think the time to discuss this should have been BEFORE taking money to mount up some tires?

This issue is between Jangy and ACG and e55wagon is some poor schmo on the receiving end of someone else (NOT HIM!) not paying their bills.

And I have to agree with poster above - not one Jangy transaction mentioned has gone smoothly - and yet - he's a stand up guy? Really?

Ya'll live in a much kinder place than I do, apparently. This situation is BS and it appears e55wagon is the only person who is clean.

Sounds like Jangy promised ACG that a payment would be made by a certain date and that they mounted the tire in anticipation of said payment.

I know of a few people and biz's that have had issues with jangy and payment. He has tried after the fact to get a "Hey bro" deal leverage his "Status" on message boards

Gotta admit, Jangy sold me his CF engine cover and it was smooth as glass.

Surprised there have been so many problems lately.

I have a low tolerance for poor behavior. Who sells a freaking WHEEL they haven't paid for yet?

If someone else is holding the title to your wheels (not speaking metaphorically here) then perhaps you ought to rethink your car lifestyle.
