u have 3 options maybe 4

renntech airbox
carbino
G power or something like that (but i do not think they make one for the 82mm tb)

i am in the same boat, let me know before you go through with it. As there are some things you need to know

You may want to contact James at ACG. I beleieve they have a line on the Carbon Fiber Intake. I am sure he could navigate the international shipping etc.

Would anyone recommend getting the 82mm throttle body first with drop in filters then pulley & tune ?

I have the Carbonio intake with my 82mm TB. Needs some modification to fit the 82mm but looks great and makes huge difference on the top end. Not sure the RT fits an 82mm, but I would look into that more as I think RT doesn't do an 82mm kit.

As for sound, I actually find it quieter than the stock airbox.

06 E55, 03FORD P/S,01 E320-4M,99 ML320,O4 E55,05 RUBICON UNLIMITED,
RENNTECH DOES MAKE ONE.I HAVE ONE.ARE YOU AFTER THE PERFORMANCE OR THE LOOK?I GAINED ABOUT .1 OFF THE 1/4,NOT MUCH SOUND DIFFERENCE. I WOULD GET THE TUNE, PULLEY AND FILTERS FIRST,ALSO YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT WHEN YOU UPGRADE TO THE 82MM YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK CLEARANCES FOR THE AIRBOX TO FIT AS PLATE ADAPTERS DON'T ALLOW THE BOX TO FIT WELL,CUTTING THE STOCK INTAKE AND WELDING A PLATE ON WOULD BE A BETTER CHOICE FOR CF FITMENT.WITH THE STOCK INTAKE IT HAS SOME GIVE SO IT'S NOT AS IMPORTANT.
