stock h/e + secondery h/e
Who here is running the stock H/E with a secondery H/E in front of it

Also what size secondery h/e is it ?

That will be a matter of opinion until someone does a back to back unbiased test, but two given the amount of surface area you would gain would reason to be the better idea with the limited frontal space of the E55.

would the cm30 pump have the power to pump through the stcok and a secondery h/e as large as yours ?

I have 03 E55K so i have heard. I can run a larger h/e then later model E55 is it a 7inch or 7.5inch tall h/e i can use ?

03 dont have the additional oil cooler on the bottom of the stock h/e so yes you can run a slightly bigger one. Problem is that all ones for sale are made to fit 04 and up and they can be also used on the 03. Unless you get a custom one made you will have the regular aftermarket h/e

yes i am thinking of getting a new one made. but how tall can i fit 7 or 7.5inch does any one remeber how tall the old code 3 h/e's where


They will also ask me what size the entry and exit size should be what size are the stock entry and exit pipes that i will clamp the hoses 2 ?
